These are the "Rental Terms and Conditions" you have to accept before proceeding with payment:

Be aware, and please read carefully below's note

1) our bikes are regularly checked by a professional bike shop and they are functioning well once delivered to you
2) we kindly ask you to check the bike/bikes at time of delivery and from that point we are not responsable for any damage you may cause to our bike OR any accident your persona may have
3) the bike has to be returned in perfect working condition and in perfect order
4) at the time of reserving a bike we ask you (obligatory) to register yourself on-line: reading carefully first the rental terms and conditions
5) then you will have to register yourself using the form on our webpage and you will have to guarantee the bike rented with a Credit Card number (closer to the date of your holiday we will ask for your Credit Card emailing you a form) and in order to confirm/secure your booking we will ask a deposit (no cancellation policy)
6) there is no bad-weather rental refund
7) we will of course refund of your rental deposit or refund of the rental charge for important reasons


Our bicycles come with an optional theft policy insurance (on top of the obligatory deposit).
We offer a theft insurance. This insurance only covers the bicycle if it is stolen. The cost of such insurance is rather cheap at 5 Euro per day (or 25 Euro for a week) and can be purchased from us although it is not obligatory.


This is highly unlikely. Over the years that we have been offering rental service, we have never had a single bicycle stolen.
In the unlikely event that your bicycle is stolen and you have purchased theft insurance with us, then there are no problems. You'll simply have to declare the theft to the local Police and we'll do our best to get another bicycle to you a.s.a.p at no charge.
If you have not purchased an insurance against theft, then we will have to charge you accordingly and you'll also need to report the theft to the Police/local authorities and let us have such report for our files


We understand that our bicycles and equipment will go through a lot. We're not worried about normal wear and tear or minor scratches. However, if a cyclist does significant damage to our bicycle during the ride (broken frame, bent derailleur, broken wheel, etc), we will direct the cyclist to the nearest bike shop en route and the cyclist will have to pay for the repair. In case of a serious damage to the bicycle upon pick-up, then we will charge for whatever repairs are needed.

We deliver bikes in perfect working conditions and as per contract the bikes have to be returned the same way
(tires pumped up... )
and the repair kit has to be complete: 1 spare tube, levers, 1 gas cartridge, 1 gas tool to pump.

If rentals or rides are scheduled in advance (to secure availability!) we do not accept last minute cancellations with refunds. The balance payment is due one week prior the rental or the service
